2013 was a profound year in the life of Continuum; I-40-100

celebrates the new estate winery, completed and ready just in time for the 2013 harvest. The first 100% grown, produced and bottled wine from the estate on Pritchard Hill. 40 are the years that Tim Mondavi has been growing and crafting world-class wine. 100 honors the 1913 birth year of co-founder and patriarch
Robert Gerald Mondavi, represented by the dove on the label.

2013 Continuum is a wine of great power and finesse. Beautifully balanced with a vibrant graphite core, deep black fruit & supple tannins enveloped by the exquisite minerality and savory character of Continuum Estate.

99 Points James Suckling

Impressive purity of fruit and de nition with black currant, oyster shell, blueberries and slate. Graphite too. Very complex yet subtle. Full-bodied, very chewy and powerful yet polished and gorgeous. Muscular, well-formed tannins. Electric style. Best ever from here.  Impressive purity of fruit and definition with black currant, oyster shell, blueberries and slate.

97 Points Antonio Galloni

Graphite, lavender, sage, cloves and menthol race out of the glass POINTS in the 2013 Continuum, a wine that is just as impressive in bottle as it was from barrel. An intensely saline, mineral-drenched wine endowed with serious depth and precision, the 2013 shines with exceptional structural intensity and power, all that despite just having been bottled. In 2013 the Cabernet Franc is way up, which helps give the wine more aromatic top notes as well as greater overall complexity. Simply put, the 2013 is a real knock-out.
