This Gewürztraminer is made in a crisp, dry style. To retain the purest expression of the grapes, the wine was fermented in stainless steel with no oak contact. The color is very pale straw with hints of green. Aromas of flowers and lychee are immediately present while hints of spice follow more delicately. The wine is soft and elegant with nice weight. The floral and fruits are repeated on the palate. Although the wine is very dry, there is a note of honey on the finish.
Aromas of lychee, honeydew melons and ripe peach are followed on the palate with flavors of melon, figs and lemon curd. The beautiful acid backbone results in a mouth-watering finish that brings you back for a second glass.

Wonderful floral aroma, picking up grapefruit and green apple scents as it warms up in the glass. Lingering nicely on the fresh citrus-and herb marked palate, flavors of poached pears and watermelon rind radiate throughout.
Aromas of raspberry and cherry with notes of cinnamon spice, vanilla, and clove with a nice touch of oak. The multi-layered flavors of blackberry, juicy cherries, and spice combine well with a long, lingering finish of mixed berry and dried currant.
